Raider Soccer continues to fight through the district season with the possibility of playoffs right around the corner. The outcome depends on Saturday’s game against Community High School.

With a great preseason, Raider Soccer continues to fight hard this season. They excelled expectations while facing the challenges of their underdog reputation within the district.

“This year Raider Soccer has improved a lot,” sophomore Laith Mustafa said. “ It’s no longer just a place for friends to play. It has become a family where we compete and care for each other, until the very end.”

The team members worked hard to improve the department in its second official year. Raider Soccer continues to thrive throughout the season and are going to be hopeful holders of a playoff spot.

“Being captain gave me a new look on how we should all strive to play,” team captain Luke Bryant said. “It has really put me in a position that makes me want to play and practice harder for my teammates that are great on and off the field.”
